Jonathan Purcell has been a student of Chinese language, culture, history, and martial arts for 25 years.

Classes include:
ZHAN ZHUAN
Standing meditation to develop alignment, balance, and composure.
JI BEN GONG
Basic Exercises to open the joints, increase range of motion, and improve flexibility.
MOVEMENTS
Tai Ji movement components, isolated to emphasize precise timing, coordination, and weight shift.
TAI JI FORMS
Movements combined into single and two person forms.
CULTURAL
History and Philosophy of Tai Ji and its relationship to the broader Chinese cultural background.
